Lashon BurrellChief Executive Officer/ Executive ChefLashon Burrell is the founder and executive chef of Cajun Cafe Chicago, an East St. Louis native, she discovered her passion for culinary arts in high school. Upon relocating to Chicago, Lashon began her higher education journey, earning a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and a master’s degree in Business Administration. She has acquired an impressive background in the culinary arts by working in the hospitality and restaurant industry, developing a unique style of cajun cuisine, which sets her catering company apart. Chef Lashon is dedicated to providing her customers with a unique, fulfilling, delicious dining experience, and she is passionate about bringing the flavors of the south to the Midwest.
